Why was America’s great humorist so unhappy at the end of his life? Because he’d always felt ashamed of Selling Out the Ending of his Great American Novel.

Now an older Huck Finn and ex-slave Jim come back to give him hell for it. In Mark Twain’s theatrical re-imagining, they all sing what they could not say- and Get that Ending Right at last.
